Every gas cylinder—whether newly manufactured or requalified—undergoes a rigorous quality control process, including both internal and external inspections by certified professionals such as SGS and the General Directorate of the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Mines.
We also implement strict control measures to ensure all our products comply with international safety standards, providing our customers with consistently reliable products.
We are CEDEAO and UEMOA certified, which exempts our regional customers from customs duties on our products when presented with our ECOWAS and UEMOA certificates of origin.
Manufacturing of Butane / LPG Gas Cylinders
Diwa Industries is a major player in the manufacturing of butane or LPG gas cylinders.
We offer a wide range of sizes (3 Kg, 6 Kg, 12.5 Kg, 25 Kg, and 50 Kg) to suit various domestic, industrial, and commercial needs. With cutting-edge equipment and rigorous production processes, we ensure the reliability and safety of our cylinders in compliance with international standards.
Our production capacity allows us to manufacture between 500,000 and 1,500,000 new gas cylinders per year, ensuring continuous availability for our clients.
Requalification of Butane / LPG Gas Cylinders: Give Your Equipment a New Life
Gas cylinder requalification is essential to ensure the safety and longevity of equipment in use. Diwa Industries provides a gas cylinder requalification service that extends the life of the cylinders and reduces environmental impact by avoiding premature disposal.
We can requalify between 1,200 and 3,600 cylinders per day, allowing us to meet growing demand while strictly adhering to safety standards.
Production of Food-Grade and Industrial Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
Diwa Industries is also a key supplier of high-quality carbon dioxide (CO₂) for both food and industrial applications.
We produce CO₂ that meets the highest standards for food safety and industrial quality. Our products are used for applications such as beverage carbonation, food processing, and industrial processes requiring inert gases.
Thanks to our modern facilities, we are able to produce CO₂ in large volumes to meet the needs of both local and international clients.
