From gas cylinder manufacturing to CO₂ production, we have implemented energy-efficient solutions and responsible waste management practices. These include the use of renewable energy in our facilities, the optimization of water and energy consumption, and the careful management of raw materials used in our products.
Gas Cylinder Requalification : Extending the Lifespan of Equipment
Gas cylinder requalification is a key initiative in our sustainable development strategy. Instead of discarding cylinders that can still be safely used, we requalify them, giving them a second life. This process helps reduce waste and limits the need for new production, conserving resources and lowering our carbon footprint.
We requalify between 1,200 and 3,600 cylinders per day, enhancing the longevity and sustainability of our clients’ equipment.
Environmental Protection : Taking Action for a Greener Tomorrow
Diwa Industries takes concrete measures to reduce its environmental impact at every stage of production. We have adopted eco-friendly practices in our manufacturing processes, such as the use of recyclable materials for our cylinders, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and efficient industrial waste management.
Additionally, our plant is designed to minimize its ecological footprint by integrating advanced technologies for wastewater treatment and landfill gas management.
